Why This one

a few words from me

Cordon Bleu - the most delicious of the cutlets. A thinly beaten piece of chicken breast (originally veal) stuffed with cheese and ham, then breaded in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. The melted cheese gives it a specific, delicious taste. There are many theories as to the origin, none has been confirmed. As breaded meat is a favorite preparation by the Swiss, they are credited with the origin of the cutlet. The name comes from the elite French gastronomic school Cordon Bleu (Blue Ribbon), this title is awarded in France to culinary masters. Beloved and very popular in Germany, Switzerland and France. Delicious, simple and exquisite.
