400g mascarpone cheese
250 ricotta cheese
60g strawberry jelly powder dissolved in 150ml hot water
1. Dissolve jelly in water, let it cool down
2. Place both cheeses in the bowl
3. Mix together slowly adding cold jelly
4. When mix is smooth, place in the form
5. Leave in the fridge for couple of hours
6. Move from form
7. Paint bow in red (using food colouring)
8. Melt cooking chocolate in microwave
9. Pour using teaspoon all over the rest of cheesecake, below the bow
