1 packet of tagliatelle pasta
For vegan pesto :
1 bunch fresh basil (use only leaves)
A handful of fresh rocket
A few spinach leaves
150 ml olive oil
2 fresh garlic cloves
black pepper coarse
salt
1.Cook pasta al dente
2.In meantime blend well all ingredients of pesto in the blender
3.When pasta is ready drain it from water
4.Pour pesto on hot pasta, mix it well
5.Serve straight away
