Ingredients:
1/2 kg minced beef (5%fat)
4 red peppers
2 red onions
2 tins red kidney beans
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander,
1/2 tsp chilli powder,
1/2 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp salt
4 tins chopped tomatoes or 2 passata di Pomodoro.
1.Preheat pan with 4tbsp olive oil
2.Chop and fry the onion
3.When onion is soft add minced beef, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, garlic powder and salt
4.Cook for about 10 minutes
5.Add peppers cut into chunky pieces
6.Add chopped tomatoes
7.Let it cook on the small flame until all will combine together
8.Add drained from juice red kidney beans
9.Stir and let it cook for another two minutes
10.Serve in a g/f tortilla basket or with rice.
