1 bunch of parsley
1/2 bunch of oregano leaves
1/2 bunch of cilantro leaves
2 cloves of garlic
2 green chili pepper
2 tiny shallot
8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of red or white wine vinegar
sea salt and coarsely ground pepper
1. Rinse parsley, tear off the leaves and put them in a blender or chopper
2. Add oregano leaves and coriander, peeled and sliced garlic, pitted and diced chilli pepper, sliced onion, pour olive oil, lemon juice , vinegar
3. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper
4. Mix, leaving small pieces of ingredients
