400 grams cooked rice
3 eggs
1-2 tbsp gluten-free flour
1-2 garlic cloves
salt, pepper
1.Peel, slice and fry garlic on one tbsp olive oil. Add salt and pepper
2.When garlic rich golden colour transfer with oil into bowl
3. Add rest ingredients and blend in the blender until smooth
4. Spread mix into pizza tray (without holes)
5. Spray with olive oil
6. Bake until golden colour (in my oven 200`C 15 minutes)
7.Remove from oven, add your toppings and put back in the oven for 5-6 minutes
