Why This one

a few words from me

An easy apple strudel recipe with gluten-free puff pastry that is ready in less than an hour. It tastes delicious fresh out of the oven or next day, with warm cup of tea or ice creams. Crunchy outside and moist inside amazing, quick dessert for Your guest`s or family.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

4 medium apples - peeled, cored, and grated

100 grams white sugar

250 grams raisins

2 teaspoons mixed spice

2 ripe bananas

2 packets g/f puff pastry (can be different brands)

1 tbsp oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar to sprinkle on top

THE how to make

INstructions

1.Add grated apples and smashed bananas to the bowl

2.Add raisins and mixed spice

3.Add sugar or sweetener and mix together

4.Place first sheet of puff pastry on the table

5.Add half fruit mix and spread evenly all over

6.Cover with second sheet of puff pastry

7.Add another half of fruit mix and spread evenly

8.Roll it to create strudel

9.Place in baking tray sprinkled with oil

10.Brush the top of strudel with oil and sprinkle brown sugar

11.Bake 40 minutes in 190`C (OR DEPEND ON YOUR OVEN)
