Ingredients:
300g mascarpone cheese
500g g/f plain flour
100g sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
4 yolks
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vinegar
250ml sour cream
frying oil, ad small glass of spirit (add to cold oil)
icing sugar
A method of preparing:
1. Pour the flour onto the counter, add cheese, sugars, yolks, soda, vinegar and cream.
2. Knead the dough.
3. Ready dough sprinkle with flour and roll out on a flour-covered countertop to a thickness of approx. 1-1.5 cm.
4. Cut out circles from the dough with a glass.
5. Then cut a small hole in the centre with a glass or screw cap.
6. The balls formed after cutting out the glass can be kneaded again and cut the castles again or simply fry them.
7. Heat the oil with the addition of spirit in a large pot.
8. Fry the rings on both sides until golden brown.
9. Ready doughnuts put on paper towels to drip from fat, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
10. The tastiest is fresh, immediately after frying.
