Why This one

a few words from me

Millet & rice cereals cookies are so popular that it's strange that I didn`t have them here so far. But nothing lost :-). They are tasty, slightly crunchy, chewy inside with gentle coconut flavour. The tastiest, of course, with jam, but they also taste good without it. I recommend!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

100g baby rice cereal,

100g baby millet cereal

200g margarine,

3 eggs,

100g sugar,

2 tsp baking powder,

100g desiccated coconut,

vanilla essence

THE how to make

INstructions

1. Mix all ingredients together and leave for 15 minutes in the fridge.

2. Make dough balls and then flatten them in your hands

3. Put it on a baking tray lined with paper (not too close each other because they will grow).

4. Sprinkle seeds on them (optional)

5. Bake 20 minutes in temperature 190 degrees
