Ingredients:
8 large mushrooms
8 slices mild cheddar
3 red onion
Egg wash :
3 eggs
1/2 pint milk
gluten-free breadcrumbs
gluten-free flour
1.Preheat frying pan with 3 tbsp olive oil
2.Chop and fry onion, season with salt and pepper, put aside.
For egg wash:
Prepare three plates:
one with G/F flour,
one with egg and milk mixed together
and last one with G/F breadcrumb.
3.Each mushroom cover with G/F flour, then dip in egg wash and finish with breadcrumb,
4.Flash fry on both sides in a frying pan.
5.Put fried onion on each mushroom, cover with sliced cheese and bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes in 200`C.
