Why This one

a few words from me

The basic and simplest apple crumble recipe. This is a very quick apple crumble to make, which I recommend to everyone. Even people who bake and cook less often can handle it. It's delicious!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

400 g Gluten-free self raising flour

300 g Vegan spread

120 g Sugar

2kg apples peeled and diced

1 tsp cinnamon

200 ml Vegan whipping cream

2 tbsp Cornflour dissolved in 100 ml cold water

150 g Brown sugar

THE how to make

INstructions

1.Mix gluten-free flour, spread and sugar together .Using hands combine all together until you get chunky crumbs

2.Divide crumbs in half

3.Peel and cut apples in small dice, place in the pot with 200 ml water, sugar and cinnamon , let it boil on small flame. If needed add extra water while cooking apples.

4.When apples are soft add cornflour dissolved in water to thicken it ( 2tbsp cornflour +100ml water)

5.Place one portion of crumbs in baking dish spreading evenly

6.Spread apple & cinnamon mix on top of crumbs layer

7.Cover apples with second portion of crumbs

8.Bake 30 minutes in 200'C or until golden colour
