8 big,flat mushrooms
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
100 g of grated cheese
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
2.Finely chop red onion, add a tablespoon of olive oil and fry in the pan for a few minutes, stirring constantly
3.Season with salt and pepper

5.Add minced meat
6.Cook for another 2-3 minutes
7.Fill mushroom caps with stuffing
