Ingredients:
6 turkey steaks
1 passata di Pomodoro (or tomato paste mixed with water)
1 packet frozen garden peas
salt, pepper
1. Beat turkey steaks, season each with salt, pepper and garlic powder (1/2 tsp of each)
2. Roll them up and secure with the toothpick
3. Place roulades in the roasting tray
4. Pour passata all over them
5. Add froze garden peas
6. Cover baking tray with tin foil
7. Bake for about 45 minutes in 180`C (depend on your oven).
8. After 45 minutes take the tin foil off and bake for another 10 minutes to let the water evaporate and sauce naturally thicken.
