350 g purple sweet potatoes peeled and chopped
15 g unsalted butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
G/F cereals (shells shape) I used Nature`s Path `Mesa Sunrise`.
1. Place sweet potatoes in a pot and enough water just cover the potatoes.
2. Bring it to boil on high heat then turn the heat down to medium and simmer for 10-15 min till the potato is soft and cooked.
3. Drain the cooking water and add butter while the sweet potato is still hot.
4. Add sugar, and cocoa powder and mash them all together into smooth mass
5. Cool down the mass
6. Take 2tbsp in your hand and shape cone. You can use cling film to shape them (Take about 2 tbsp of mashed sweet potato on to a cling film. Wrap the sweet
potatoes and shape it like a cone).
7. Start inserting bigger pieces of flakes from the bottom side.
8. Continue inserting flakes bigger pieces from the bottom to smaller pieces to the top.
9. Repeat same for the remaining ingredients.
