300 ml whipping creams,
200 ml custard (cold)
2 tbsp honey,
350g buckwheat flour,
200g millet flour,
150g rice flour,
1 tbsp baking soda,
2 tbsp milk, 2 eggs,
150 g icing sugar,
180g margarine,
Preparation method:
1. Mix the flour with baking soda. Add margarine and chop everything with a knife. Add sugar and eggs. Put the milk and honey into a pot, heat it, stirring, until the honey
is dissolved. Leave to cool. Add to the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
2. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
3. Line the bottom of the baking tray with baking paper and spread by fingers 1 part of the dough (dough should cover tray in very thin layer ).
Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. at 180 ° C. Leave to cool.

4. Bake the second and third cake in the same way. Leave to cool.
